Nothing, it was perfect.

Breakfast and dinner very good value for money ! We had booked two double rooms Vila Bor as a family, one of them with a small terrace on the ground floor. Seawater swimming pools, whirlpool, training room +++ Wide terrain with lots of green and the beautiful monastery as the centre of the whole +++

Coffee could be better. Beach chairs cost extra daily.

The hotel did not respond to an email in which I wanted to explain two items of the statement.

My Xmas weekend stay was enjoyable, with great amenities and activities to keep me occupied. the private beach allowed me to relax and enjoy the sun without feeling too crowded. the staff was courteous and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals prepared with fresh ingredients.

The rooms were not up to par with what I was expecting. the pictures online were not entirely accurate, and I found the rooms to be smaller and less updated than advertised.

The room was very well furnished. The whole facility was very well maintained.

The catering could have been better, more extensive. The staff in the restaurant was not very friendly. On arrival I had to screw 2 door handles first, otherwise I would have had them in my hand.

This hotel has an amazing location, being close to the sea and a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained and with aircon. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate any special dietary meals for you. The breakfasts and dinners are abundant, with a good selection of both a-la-carte and buffet options. You can also enjoy a variety of activities at their playgrounds for kids, bar/restaurant by the beach and the pools.

There might be some noise from the nearby ships passing by which can be a bit disturbing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay, and the cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the hotel was impressive. I also appreciated the fact that the parking was easy to use.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful location close to the sea. The hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were kind and polite, and the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant were professional. The hotel had a private beach, good facilities, and free parking, making it convenient for us to explore the nearby towns. We also loved the free morning exercises, which added to the overall experience.
